The aria thing was mostly me back when I was gardening undertagged Aira posts and it was because how poorly worded the wiki is, I can remove it since they don't really fit the definition.

Relevant. Currently, there is no clear border between these tags.
Possible solutions:
Synonyms (aliasing) - it will be impossible to distinguish between a natural hole (dress style) and a faux neckline (with scissors).;
nipple_cutout imply to nippleless_clothes - any hole will be common, and a special case of a cutout will be a child one (it is not always possible to distinguish a design from a cutout);
Current situation - clearly mark the differences between tags in the wiki, monitor the use of tags.

I like the second option (implication), because it is still possible to search for the cutout and all open nipples will be under the common tag.
