Tag rename: making_of -> making-of_available

mass update making_of -> meta:making-of_available

Reason: Less ambiguous than making of, consistent with other off-site extras such as pdf available or psd available. As Unbreakable noted on Discord,

Some of my making of edits (post #3347601, post #2731869) were reverted even though in both cases the link to the making-of video was available in the commentary or post comments.

There's video available, but it's severely underpopulated and less clear. Even though the wiki definition of making of mentions only videos, some posts (e.g. post #33335, post #50549) have links to still images or blog posts, so video available wouldn't fit all use cases.

Would making-of_available look at all better? It took my mind a little while to parse that correctly.

No, those are work in progress. I've fixed the erroneous ones and added making-of_available to those who have parent posts.
