I couldn't find any past discussion about this and I don't see why it wouldn't be a good idea.

IMO it would be the reverse.

There are already tags where the plural form of a word refers to a singular item, e.g., torn_thighhighs, COLOR_eyes, COLOR_gloves, etc. Admittedly though the expectation for all of those items are plural.

However, instead of trying to wrestle with the particularities of the English language with it's absence of a combined singular/plural form for most nouns, we should instead just pick one of them given the preponderance of the item groupings in question.

In this case, horns (85K) greatly outweighs horn (17K), so we should just used curled horns for both.

In which case, -1 to the above implication.
