That's actually fewer than 1700 posts with both tags from the over 16k images of puffy nipples and 63k of covered.

That was my understanding from the past searches and forum posts, that the 2 tags had been separated and the images that had both were misstagged or had multiple characters.

Otherwise what's the point of having both tags on he site? Seems like we could easily compress them.

Edit: taking a closer look, most of these seem to be:
- nipples visible through see-through clothes,
- images when both cases happen, either on different characters or different breasts, and
- some remnants for when erect_nipples was used for both covered and bare nipples i'll go ahead and clean these.
ofc there's also the impossible clothes ones, where the artist just drew breast then added a different color so it looks like clothes. Understandable how these could be both at the same time.
