create alias spanked -> slap_mark
spanked can all be aliased into slap_mark. To begin with the tag spanked is to simmilar to the tag spanking and can be confusing. If somebody wants it to be specific a simple search of "ass" and "slap_mark" would give a user all the results that could wish for.

No I was saying that the spanked tag should be aliased into slap_mark. The whole "spanked" tag is just the aftermath of the spanking itself, ergo it is just all about the spank/slap marks. So the whole spanked tag isn't really needed.
I tend to agree. The majority of slap marks are ass spanking marks. If you want to find other kinds of slap marks, then it makes more sense to tag those cases directly (e.g., face slap mark, breast slap mark, etc, which I have just created) than to add two tags for the common case just so you can turn around and filter it out with slap_mark -spanked. That'd be like tagging every blush post with cheek blush so you can use blush -cheek_blush to find nose blushes.
"Slap mark" gives me the impression of leaving a hand print, though its usage appears to be (and reinforced by current wiki) more general than that. But if that's the case, then what is the tag for the slap leaving a hand print? More obviously it would be the addition of the hand_print tag, but it seems to be currently neglected in use in these situations.

Well, hand_print would encompass any and all images that shows a... hand print. I.E it shouldn't matter if the hand print is one done by colors, done in the mud/sand/whatever of if it is a mark left by spanking.
A hand print left by spanking would simply be tagged as:
hand_print+slap_mark
