create alias eye_scar -> scar_across_eye
Since I never got any response when asking in the Wiki Request thread I decided to submit this alias as to hopefully make something happen.
The tag alias eye_scar -> scar_across_eye (alias #14783) has been approved.

Hmm... It seems the vast majority of eye scar images are scar across eye, with most exceptions being things that don't really belong in either. On the other hand it isn't hard to think of eye scars that aren't going across the eye, but the closest i could find by checking a score or so images was post #2648200 and its child.
Well it wouldn't be that hard to clean the tag up and keep using it for posts like that if we're not going for an alias, but since it has currently no wiki page and it's probably a tag name a lot of people will think about before checking scar across eye it will keep being misused.
