Couldn't connect to server

Today I tried to search 2 tags at the same time but somehow it keeps poping up this message:

could not connect to server: Connection refused Is the server running on host "yukinoshita.donmai.us" (104.237.154.176) and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

How to fix it? Btw, single tag serach is till doing fine :v

EDIT: It's also occurring when I visit my profile.

ditto on both issues, twin tag searching and the account page doesn't seem to work on either this account or for my friend's account

I'm getting this message when conducting any sort of search at all.

Pattern I've noticed is that I'm getting it whenever I manually search any tag with parentheses, but not when I click on the tag on the side bar. Possibly issues with search engine?
