The romanization G-Cis has long been known for Ghetsis's name. 'Geechisu' is an outdated literal transcription of his name, and last names should be included in tags as far as I'm aware.
The whole thing with Ghetsis's name is that it's a reference to the tritone, also known as 'Diabolus in Musica'.
