雨水瀬里 - currently tagged as Amamizu Seri, but in Notes was translated as Usui Seri.

Whice of these is wrong?

Usui Seri is the right way to read it. If furigana is provided, then we confidently know how to read the name.

雨水 can be read both as あまみず (kun'yomi/japanese) and うすい (on'yomi/chinese).
