Is there anything different about the use of this tag? Not seeing anything at the moment, so should be an alias if not.

The only thing is the tag count of 6...otherwise, I'd give that a +1.

Might as well have it in case the taggers (or potential future taggers) were unaware of the bags_under_eyes tag.
