Is the background AI or not? I asked because when I added the relevant tags, it was removed by the uploader and another user.
Besides, I couldn't recognise most if not all the cards scattered on the ground. (Not to mention it's smudged as hell when zoomed in)

Not AI, but an upscaled photo background. No idea about its origins or whether it can be considered a meme, but it has been posted and reposted everywhere. Here's what the original looks like.

I wouldn’t tag it with either if you can’t tell which it is.

It looks like a combination of bow-shaped hair + wide ponytail to me. I’m unsure if it’s half updo becase that loose part of hair looks separate from the head.
