"Sketch" and "work in progress" are not interchangeable. A piece containing finished lineart and flat colors is not a sketch, but it's a WIP if the artist plans to shade it in detail.

Additionally, just because the artist calls it a sketch does not make it a sketch. Some very talented artists will call a fully-rendered piece a "sketch" because it only took them 45 minutes compared to their usual 5-6 hour works.

To come back to this, I missed it initially but the wiki page for commentary does state:

If the only untranslated portions of a commentary are meta, such as hashtags or mentions, then tag it with commentary and not partial commentary or commentary request.

However, I do agree that tagging untranslated hashtags with commentary may not be that useful, so I don't personally see a problem with the other approaches mentioned.

my first reaction would be it’s some type of stegosaurus plates, but after looking through a whole list of stegosauridae and other dinos with back fins/plates I can’t find any with those distinct three-pointed versions. less specific, though, is back fin.

there is penis measuring (which Toctoc added 5mins ago). also, body writing would fit better there.
