Do we have a tag for 'squishy' cheeks like those portrayed in the artstyle in post #4598038? Usually those are drawn somewhat borderline wide face-like (but seemingly not enough to cause people to tag such), and has one cheek projecting out of the face while the other remains in-line with the rest of the face. This drawing style pops up semi-often in chibi style art. post #1951249 also parodies this.

tanaka_kusao chibi kancolle also has a few examples. yuzuki_gao northern_ocean_princess kinda has that too for Hoppo, but is far less prominent (and probably shouldn't be tagged with this hypothetical single_projecting_squishy_cheek tag).
