What's she wearing?
Is there an attire called "dress_shorts" or something similar? Tagged it with strapless and short_shorts + shorts_color for now but I'm not quite satisfied with that.

In the past, such strung-up lights have been tagged as christmas_lights irrespective of whether they appear to be used as Christmas decorations (examples). This makes it hard to separate the Christmas-themed images from the ones that aren't, though, so I can understand the need for a more generic tag.
Suspended strings of light bulbs are technically called festoon lighting, but this isn't a well-known term so I don't think it would be appropriate for a tag. Why not just string_of_lights? It's simple and intuitive.
I've also been mulling over the idea of a string_of_lanterns tag for images like post #2147845 and post #2468766.
