I might be misunderstanding you, but that is the Japanese term for it which we just transliterated. The pixiv tag is タコさんウインナー (tako-san uinnaa) or Mr. Octopus Wiener. The uinnaa is their transliteration of wiener.

Why do we translate that at all is the question then. Onigiri isn't translated or is it..

It's not translated, just romanized.

I doubt its chocolate, I'd assume its those dehydrated beef bits you find in beef flavored cup noodles
