What's the tag for weapon on her back?
Outside of the pistol grip and trigger, it's definitely based and thematically supposed to be a cannon.

The facial_tattoo tag includes those kinds of tattoos.
You might also want to consider facial mark

page tear. While the wiki only references revealing less dressed or nude characters it also states it's a form of revealing layer and revealing layer's wiki states "where ripping or removing one or more layers reveals something else (e.g. a successively less-dressed version of the character in the same pose, or the circuit board inside an electronic device)."

Thanks. I think it's valid to add a link to page tear in the revealing layer's wiki to make it easier to find, since it's not linked anywhere else, so I did it.

The collars on those tops have striped edges like a sailor collar but that's the only similarity. They're smaller and folded down, and overall they're shaped like an ordinary wing collar.
Compare them with the uniforms in post #1514432. Your examples are much closer to the non-serafuku uniforms.

Not according to the consensus in topic #19334 (a rare case of a Danbooru forum thread where the replies were in unanimous agreement).

post #5079467 has ripples from spanking. Is there a better tag than "ripples"?

I'm not familiar enough with the style - is this wa lolita?

Should Twilight_(spy_x_Family) and Yor_Briar be tagged as Anya_(spy_x_family)'s parents? There doesn't seem to be any consistency on the matter.

The whole lolita fashion has many sub-genres and they're circumscription isn't always clearly defined, but I think this one qualifies.

I think it might be a messy hair bun? But I'm not sure either.

Not sure if there are any references I missed here, or if the items have names.

Do we have a tag for carrying things on the head, other than on head?

Genderswap of Youtuber Garand Thumb. Real name Mike Jones, but I'm pretty sure most people are much more familiar with his Youtube handle, which conflicts with garand thumb. Not sure what's best here.
