We have in the past rejected similar implications of "named object" --> "object" (e.g. named sword -> sword) because of the possibility of personification or other transformations of said object.
We have also approved similar implications so that searching "personification sword" will bring up personifications of a named sword. topic #11799, for example.

We should not rely on the idea that generic identities (swords, guns, etc) in conjunction with the personification tag should result in images of the personified generic identity. The reason for this is mileage will extremely vary between various generic identities, and the levels of noise that can occur for a personification search can make these searches useless. For example if you tried to use personification sword to look for personified swords what you'll find is that out of the first 144 posts only 4 images actually contain personified swords (11 if you include pokemon that are swords). The reason being is that swords are a common feature of other types of personifications, the noise generated by those images prevents the generic search from ever having value in being able to search for personifications of the generic item.
