The English name of the long title

The "Whom Does Public Order and Morality Serve?" part is the first episode's title name and isn't in the actual title.

Danbooru policy is that the japanese title be the default in most cases, so you might wanna flip that around too.

Also there seems to be a unicode quotation mark ’ instead of an apostrophe ' in there.

Can someone please rename the topic? It makes forum listing not fit in the screen on smaller resolution display. I wonder if there's a contest going on between manga publishers to see who has a story with the longest title possible...
