Regarding Artist Tag "emia" and "emam_0201"

I've just found out recently that the artist tag emam_0201 might actually be emia, who had had his/her previous accounts (including pixiv) deleted. Here's the evidences:

• The style of drawing: post #1127337 and post #1507762
• The fan-arts he/she drew are mainly Yume Nikki and Ao Oni.
• And his/her current pixiv username is sort of a dead giveaway: from エミア to えみゃ

Now, my question is: should the posts that have been tagged emam_0201 be changed to emia, or...?
