Is artist #64229 and source:http://kanizousui.hp.infoseek.co.jp/ the same person? This kani_zousui seems like a unique name, though the artstyle is different.
I'll tag the latter as kani_zousui for now I guess..

I think "kani zousui" is a type of food, so it might not be a completely unique name for an artist.
I'm not sure if they're the same or not, but the web archive of the kanizousui blog might be of help in figuring it out since the site seems to be gone.

Yes, this should be a copyright instead of an artist. There's also another tag ensemble_girls! (properly labeled as a copyright) for this series. One of them needs to be aliased to the other.
I wasn't able to identify the actual artist with a cursory look at the website, unfortunately.
EDIT: Went through and retagged ensemble_girls original to ensemble_girls! official_art, and deleted the erroneous artist entry.
