The Pixiv username (kageyama_yoshiaki modulo romanization differences) appears to be a real name, so it might be a good tag. The display name reads shii, which is unfortunately pretty generic.

Hello, I could use some help with a new artist. I'm not sure how to romanize 十字锁. He does give a website, http://t-clock.lofter.com. Should I just go with t-clock, or ten-clock?

That's Simplified Chinese. The proper romanization would be shizisuo.
