The artist is Taiwanese, but the name is more likely to be Japanese given that all of the other text is in Japanese, and the name doesn't really fit Chinese naming patterns. In this case, it looks like shiratori_kokonoekyuu, the latter part based on this place name.

This name reads more like a description — "R, [person with] short black hair and glasses." Transliterated from Cantonese, it'd be "haak dyun faat ngaan geng R." Given that all of these options are pretty unwieldy, I'd go with ronickenying since it looks most like a taggable name.

The artist's name on Pixiv has actually changed again, to "bu renqi de wuyue zi" ("unpopular child of May"). Given that the theme seems to be "wuyue" for May, that might be a good starting point.
