"Three posts"? Fat_mons has over 2000 posts. Labia has over 600 posts.

You must just be looking at the sample images on the wiki pages. Those aren't all of the posts. It's just a handful of them so you can get an idea of what the tag is for.

When you're browsing a wiki, you can see the number of posts at the top in brackets. The three images you see in the wiki are the latest posts added.
