Is there a specific tag describing that expression of sexual ecstasy with knitted up eyebrows, closed eyes, and mouth open wide, sometimes with saliva or tears. Examples include post #1555773, post #1531795, post #1508844, and post #1480421 (but not post #1503131 or post #1522069, which are more akin to a closed-eyes torogao). The tags ahegao, torogao, and naughty face don't really describe it, nor does the dual tag of closed eyes + open_mouth.
I don't know what you have in mind, but I see no need of a special term for what seems like a pretty generic sex scene. Ahegao and torogao get tags because they portray something of an extreme. If we had a term for such a generic expression at around 15%-20% of sex scenes of this site would be eligible for the tag, and that's not counting ones where one eye is closed and one is near closed.
closed_eyes + open_mouth + sex gets pretty close to what you want. If you don't want triple tags, go closed_eyes + sex. It tends to also have the knitted up eyebrows you want too.
