That says "△ (I'm currently moving from an old account.)" so I don't think we can use that as a name.
I snooped around and couldn't find anything resembling a name or any clue as to what his old account was.

Judging from the artist's old account, △ is read as Sankaku (さんかく).
sankaku_(dotto) or sankaku_(sankaku_dotto) (from the artist's twitter)
