Aliasing takanashi_tooka -> takanashi_touka.
Reason: Not entirely certain on this (unsure if there's an official source here), but Wikipedia lists the furigana とうか not とおか.
Also togashi_mother <-> togashi_(mother). Not sure what the preferred format should be here. She's more officially known as yuuta's_mother, so maybe togashi_yuuta's_mother should be the tag?
