The parent post is tagged loli and the child post is not. Judging by the tags and other posts with the same artist, I would think that the only difference is the presence or absence of glasses. If this is the case, then both posts should be the same with regards to whether or not the loli tag is listed.

Nitpicking, but is straight_shota warranted here? The boy's just splashing her with cold water.
We've already been over this. It's still loli/shota regardless of intent because their private bits are on display, and advertisers aren't comfortable with their ads being on the same page as one of those posts.
As for the other posts, I don't have a problem with the tags staying as they currently are as of this writing.

I would say not loli due to all the curves. Young faces are pretty much endemic in the anime world. The perspective does make it difficult to judge though.
