About tags: short_dress and minidress

Please explain the difference between short_dress and minidress, if any.

• Wiki of short_dress:
• A one-piece dress with the bottom half covering the hips or thighs.
• Wiki of minidress:
• A one-piece dress, similar in length to a miniskirt.

Just making a quick guess going by the wikis, a short_dress is any dress that at most extends to the knees (ie only covering the thighs) or is shorter. A minidress is one that is long enough to barely conceal the crotch.
