Narita is a writer, not an illustrator, and I believe all of the current images he's tagged on are Baccano images illustrated by Enami Katsumi. Probably should just be removed from them all.

minazukiji_yun -> minazuki_jiyun: Name given with spacing: 御奈月　自遊(ミナヅキ　ジユン)

tomo_shibi -> shiina_you: 椎名燁/しいなよう　と読みます

(However, "shiina_you" might be confusing since a different artist, Shiina_Yuu, likes to write his name as You Shiina. So maybe one or both of those should have a qualifier.)

Reason: This looks to just be a pseudonym. Naruse Hirofumi's website is linked and his name is in the text of many of the images for Kugajou's Pixiv account. EDIT: Looks like I'm mistaken about them being the same person, so the alias probably shouldn't be done. Kugajou isn't the artist, though, so the images were rightfully moved by henmere.
