Was getting same error, then i typed in the base site url and clicked continue at bottom of user agreement and it let me sign in with no problem. Guess it does not like you to look at the posts without signing in? Weird...

Before I make a stupid post about stupid junk that may or may not exist outside of my mind could I get a bump up to janitor on Testbooru? These are actually 3db concerns (and will probably flat-out decide if we bother switching over to db2) so a full bump to admin would help me alleviate all my concerns but janitor will let me get 90% there.Username is the same as here.
You should be an admin now.
Alright my issue still stands. Also have a bunch of bug reports.
Not necessarily a bug but an odd design decision: Alaises/implications auto-submit. I'm not sure this is the best idea as jxh can testify he's submitted multiple aliases/implications then read another thread and changed his mind, deleting it before it's been processed.

Agreed on not autosubmitting them. Yes, that would save me time, but as Log notes, I often add them to the list before actually approving, and wind up removing them if I notice I made a typo or changed my mind.
Just of note, I'm not sure if this is a bug or not. The resized versions of animated gifs are static jpgs. For example:
http://testbooru.donmai.us/posts/128#
This is probably purposeful on your part, since I realize animations can have a big file size depending on their length. I just wanted to make sure that they're working like they're supposed to.
There doesn't seem to be any way to delete posts anymore at the janitor level, and there's no longer an approve post mode in the mode dropdown box.
I'm not really sure if these are intentional omissions or actual missing features.
The mod queue also seems to currently lead to a database error if you try to view it with a flagged post in it. Or at least that's what I assume causes it because it was working perfectly fine before I flagged a post.
You can set non-existent parent posts (putting parent:348279487293479823 or something similar in the tags). Viewing child posts also does not work.
Flash files are also not visible.
Also: Not sure if it has been reported already, but trying to view images in their "original size" fails when the image is wider than your browser window; you are unable to scroll to the right and the image is cut off. Resizing the browser window causes a corresponding decrease in visible area. Happens on all major browsers, including Interweb Exploder 9, Firefox 9.0a2, and Chrome 14.0.

I don't like this new queue at all. The images are too big, I don't like the terminology of "disapprove."
If I disapprove of a post it's something completely different than if I don't approve it. I disapprove of post #1020348. I find post #1022134 perfectly acceptable at an artistic level, proportions, etc but it's not something I would personally approve on danbooru so I hide it.
Agree with Log. While I am not a Janitor on the main danbooru, messing around with the mod queue on testbooru gave the impression that the mod queue is not something you'd actually want to sift through.
(I'll have to disagree with his comment about the images being too big, however; judging an image by a significantly-reduced resolution sample is not a good way to go about it.)
"Disapprove" also is rather harsh; there needs to be a neutral hide option for janitors.

Also, is the "Translate" functionality going to have the same clunky behavior in the next deployed version? While admittedly better than the current default code in place for photo notes, I have grown used to using this customized greasemonkey script for my translating needs (Ctrl+X to "toggle translation mode", click-and-drag to create a photo note). It would be nice if the site had something like that natively, rather than the current click-to-make-two-blank-notes mechanism.

I use the same script and I agree it would be cool if the site had this support natively. Being able to draw notes where you want is convenient. For really large pictures, it's almost a necessity. For example, imagine all the scrolling and dragging you'd have to do if you wanted to translate post #916751 or post #917298
Also the greasemonkey link for that script is http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/72662
Any request to make a tag implicate itself will take minutes to process, then return a generic '500' error. Expected behavior would be to quickly inform the user that P -> P is a tautology. My latest attempt (snarf -> snarf) might even have made Testbooru stop responding altogether. Response times have been erratic for all kinds of requests lately, though, so it could just as well be a coincidence.
