I'm not too bothered by the deletions (It's like fishing, it all depends on the quality of the bait and the fisher's behaviour), but sometimes I really gets the feeling that the approvals are a bit inconsistent. I'm curious to see what are the feedbacks on these images.

Well, as I said, I'm not too bothered if they stay deleted. Fishes have their own whims after all.
I'm guessing it's because of quality issues? Although they aren't quite violating any quality guidelines that I can see. Certainly of much better quality than average pixiv art and a good number of other danbooru posts. (Things like post #464470 come to mind)
If someone could help clear up what exactly the images were "missing" that made them ineligible for approval, please do so.
