Seems like the epitome of loli to me, but since sgcdonmai removed the tag (and s/he seems to be a resident expert), I figured I should ask instead of just slapping it back on.

Breasts are WAY too big for loli. The pubic hair (while sparse) and hips also indicate a small pubescent girl. The only thing that makes me particularly think loli is her face, and I guess the fact that the guy seems disturbingly massive.
I know Jinroku's art, and he doesn't do anything by half measures. When he draws mature women, it's plain as day; when he draws loli characters, there's no ambiguity that she's prepubescent.
What we seem to have here is either some kind of error in perspective, or the girl is quite small for those proportions, or else the guy is just plain massive. Definitely not loli.
Might be a borderline case for size difference or something like, but I'll leave that for others to decide.

I don't see it that way, although I see why it might give that impression. The length of the limbs, and the overall feel of the pictures, don't mesh with the loli vibe.
