There's really no info provided to the contrary, so I'd just go with Chiwa since it's the most common.

Pixiv source id is pxfnf802, which isn't all that great to use. From the pixiv name, I'm not sure if it should be amami, kanmi, or umai for 甘味. Would using the twitter nick be better than the pixiv one?
amami_chaya_chocolat is probably what it should be.

What would you suggest as a qualifier for this artist? Already tagged as shinkichi_(usadama), but 'usadama' is apparently the circle name. Is that still ok to use as a qualifier?
