banpeiyu. Perhaps it comes from 晩白柚, a type of the pomelo.
EDIT: The artist wrote his name as banpaiyu. This is Chinese-style romanization of 晩白柚.
On January, 2011, he stopped being an artist.

はーと is heart, and ３ is a pun on "-san", as confirmed by his pixiv introduction.
In such cases however I don't know if we're supposed to go by heart-san or something like mr_heart, though I would assume the former.
