Implication request: vest -> waist_coat

Thinking of changing the tag Vest > waistcoat to tag the article of contemporary/formal clothing see:

Honestly I'm unsure what that bit of rag is supposed to be,
can that be referred to as a jacket?

Then how about i propose a new tag waist_coat

If there are a lot of exceptions where this wouldn't work (you pointed some out), then we can't implicate.

On the other hand, I think having waistcoat should implicate vest, being a type of it. And maybe add formal since waistcoats refer to the kind that often comes with a suit. Although looking at the tag most of the time it's worn as casualwear rather than dressing up for anything.
