reason: Always tagged together but no formal implication, would save some time in tagging images.

The implication already exists.

this is weird on two levels, for one the comment times are messed up, and two the implication is working now, but earlier it wasn't.

This implication has been place for years, it's surprising it would stop working. I wonder if it is one of those split server issues.
