Links haven't have been deleted on any other banned artist's artist entry and yes they should be intact here too.

I followed the lead from the last one (riposte), which either never had website links or was cleared out, but yeah I agree the link should probably remain there. I figured it might be a policy, since Japanese people are sensitive about being linked to their site without permission.

Wasn't his request only for those 8 specific original works of art though?

Likely the artist it worried about repercussions from some stupid self (yes self not special in most cases) interest group.

I am honestly not sure why he would be losing heart exactly. Seems kinda odd. I mean unless they are commissioned or you can buy them your art being out on the internet is a good thing right?

Must just be a privacy/ownership thing.

Again guessing this relates more to the rape issue then copyright but anyway good for our side.

Being the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back, all in a day's work. I actually feel pretty bad, because I really enjoy Fugi's art. If it wouldn't be too much trouble could someone that knows Japanese say something, at least too get his non-original stuff back, as he didn't seem to care that much about those.

Well, at least his artwork is still on the server and is easily accessible.

I don't know if this is related, but holylunar (also known here as abc112233) also wants his/her artwork deleted as well.
