Honestly, I don't suspect it, but I think I have a bad eye for this stuff and a few of my uploads have been flagged.
Also, technically off topic, but is it preferred to source images from pixiv if they're available from there? I use the auto-post shortcut when browsing twitter, but it's easy enough to change if this is dis-preferred.
I'm not seeing anything suspect on that image, all off the repeating patterns are very consistent and well defined and I see no mushiness in small details.
For uploading, it's wherever has the largest, clearest image. Sometimes the Twitter and Pixiv uploads are the exact same so it doesn't matter but sometimes the Pixiv upload is larger and higher quality. You would have to check on a case by case basis.
