Also, my point was more about identity. If this artist chose to add three digits after “akayan” in their username, it is likely because they wanted to be more identifiable. I may be wrong, but that is my impression, since, as I mentioned before, “akayan” is a very common name.
We don't assume a name might be ambiguous in the future, since that would mean we'd have to qualify every single name. If they add 365 after their name that's because they have to make it unique for their username, that doesn't mean their main name isn't still just "Akayan". The artist goes by "Akayan", so that should be used unless it conflcits with some other tag on the site.
