rename dopamine -> jintianyuegulemei
As described in topic #35661 it appears that "jintianyuegulemei" was partially incorrectly merged with "blackcatart" due to the "dopamine" name that both shared. I propose moving to "jintianyuegulemei" with alternate name "DopAmine" on artist #435864 and separating the two tags, keeping alternate name "dopamine" on artist #184449 as well. Rename to avoid alias for this purpose.
