Art can look good at any resolution, it's basically never the cause for disapproval. This post also isn't even that low resolution, you can compare it to some random other posts for that.

I would appeal the post,but I am contemplating on how to write a solid appeal on this one.
Still under the approval process, not deleted yet. Yet I am incredibly anxious about the possibility of it being deleted despite the art’s good quality. I also feel like the appeal system doesn’t favor me. And yet, miraculously, post #8874554 was undeleted a month ago despite my appeal from closer to the initial upload date failing.

While you already wrote your appeal, note that adding a reason is completely optional. It's fine to leave it blank if you can't think of anything to say. I usually don't write reasons for the posts I appeal unless it's something that might be easily missed (for example, pointing out a detail that makes it a revision instead of a duplicate). Sometimes, I'll appeal sourceless posts after finding and updating the source and mention that in my reason.
I also suggest leaving out phrases like "this deserves to be approved" since they don't actually add anything of value to the appeal and can come across as whiny. Saying the quality is good also doesn't hold much weight. After all, why would you appeal it if you didn't think it was good?

You posted it one day ago, which means there's still plenty of time before it's deleted. This thread is reserved for discussion about deleted posts. Asking about pending posts just clutters the thread.

Just appealed post #11622321 that just got deleted. I believe the quality of the art is not only fine,but also consistent and in line with other approved arts of the same artist.

You shouldn't reupload an image that failed to be approved. If you want you can go to an image and appeal it to send it through queue again and potentially get different Approvers to see it. I won't speak on the quality of what you've uploaded, but if your goal is to get promoted it can't hurt to go and see what type of images pass through queue.
