It's strange that this is a pool instead of a general tag. I'm not sure on the name, being so close to another tag with just a question mark. Maybe it should be ambiguously_no_panties or ambiguous panties or something.
I agree with the nuke, but I'm not entirely sure of the point of keeping the concept of "the character's panty-wearing status is questionable here" is even a good idea due to the "tag what you see" rule. Must be since it's so old, so...*shrug*
If we want to keep it, I thing ambiguous panties would be the best one.
All of the implied sex and friends, as well as implied no bra, lead to implied no panties

I don't think there can be a concise set of tags that encompasses the theme of "Gensokyo comes to terms with their 1 guy being gay."
While I don't disagree with this, the fact that nearly all of these posts can be sorted into alternative tags means the pool is not going to stay in the long run. It's not objective enough to be converted into a tag, but also not subjective enough to be part of our votable tag initiative. We gain nothing keeping this, and more from breaking this pool down into alternate tags.
I will however use this to suggest a tag idea that could be used for some of the images in this pool: incompatible orientation, for when a character is disinterested in another due to a difference in sexual orientation (for example, Rinnosuke being gay).
post #408603 would probably qualify for this tag idea I think, as it clearly shows him not interested in Reimu and Marisa behind him in favor of, well, a penis as you put it.
I grabbed the name from TV Tropes as I figured it'd be objective enough, but I'll probably put in a favgroup BUR later as I go to sort this pool.
Edit: I noticed a lot of images of him just ignoring the people coming onto him or not reacting to a sexual situation. Is there a tag for obliviousness or ignoring that sort of thing that could apply here already?

Like whether the tension here is sexual at all.
incompatible orientation seems a little assumptive.
I think a good tag would be something like uneven affection.
There can be a lot of reasons there to be unamused / annoyed / flustered
uneven affection could help narrow down what's going on when it's not outright rejection.
For the record, I think incompatible orientation would only apply when it is pretty clear that is what the post was about. Like think "Sorry, I'm gay".
Either way, I don't inherently disagree with the existence of an uneven affection tag. But the point is that if the pool can be broken into tags, which it sure seems this one can be, then it's going to get nuked. Most of these posts fall under already existing tags, and the ones that don't should have tags made for their situation that may or may not (in this case definitely should) apply to non-Touhou instances as well.
