Has anyone else come across this Pixiv bug?

I have come across several accounts that won't let me follow, like, bookmark, or comment on their art.

I know there is something called pixiv access blocking that gives the effect I'm talking about, but all of the accounts I've come across with this feature/bug are accounts I've never even interacted with before.

Is this a privacy feature or a bug?

Everything works fine for me - it's probably a bug. Try a different browser, or clearing your cookies might help as well.

I just left a comment on that post without any issues. It might be on your side.

Tried clearing cookies and I tried another browser, still didn't work. Since it works for you I guess they blocked me? Which is weird because I have never interacted with them before?
