Rednote / XHS

I tried posting from a link today, as usual. I know you have to replace "rednote" with "xiaohongshu" in the URL for it to work, but even that didn't help today. Even posting from the direct link to the image and using the "fetch" option didn't help. Has anything changed?

It still seems to work for other posts (post #11477913). Maybe it's related to the xhs-rednote split.

It's absolutely the XHS-Rednote split causing this. I didn't have any issues until it happened.

Also, I get around this problem by using the share links which still work on mobile.

Support for rednote was added today. Try it out and let us know if any issues arise.

Using the "Fetch source data" option on post #11505551 still does nothing, both using xiaohongshu.com and rednote.com

Technically it only rewrites rednote to xhs and still uses the same XHS page lookups. Unfortunately I don't have an account so I can't look into why it's broken.

post #11506697 went up on desktop without any issues. Commentary was successfully ported over on upload. No clue what the issue is on the "Fetch source data" is, but as it stands Rednote support does not have any critical issues besides that one.

I'm pretty sure the issue has to do with some accounts just having bad xsec tokens that the extractor doesn't like. Haven't been able to upload anything with the page link in ages. I can upload the direct CDN links, but I also can't fetch source information anymore either which is annoying

After sending this I just noticed hdk5 is cooking something up so that might fix this (pull #6445)
