not really, her name can be the one from the third gen5 game (like with platina/platinum).

That seems highly unlikely, considering "Platina" is only used in the Pokemon Special manga (game and anime use "Hikari"), and it'd be folly for the Female Protagonist to remain unnamed until the third entry in the gen.

But hey, if we want to wait until an official confirmation, I'd dig it.

Anyway, this one is the only one that's "confirmed" in some way. That's why I'm asking for it to be aliased.

Didn't they do this for HGSS where Gold was named Heart or something instead of being revealed as Hibiki?
