Splitting the translation_request tag

In two categories:

For images that are easier to translate, that have only a few kanji or maybe a couple of sentences

For images that require someone who's japanese is more advanced

I think it'd be convenient, also the occasional translator (japanese language students, etc) would be able to contribute more easily, instead of just working with unstranslated easier images they found by chance. This could also save translating time for the more advanced translators and they can focus on the more difficult posts.

doesn't have to be the catogories I proposed. I'm not a translator, maybe you guys can think of something better? what do you guys think?

We really don't need to make things even more complex than they already are. Anyone can make an educated guess as to how much text is in an image from the thumbnail alone, the only real exception to this is long comics which I don't suspect inexperienced translators would even be checking.

Speaking as a translator, I oppose this. Too much clutter for little to no gain.
