While Akira Yasuda is his actual name (and he's sometimes credited as such), he uses the pen name/alias Akiman for nearly all of his work and has been doing so for most of his career.
He uses "Akiman" on all his socials (his X/Twitter for example), his personal website, and is credited as "Akiman" in most media he works on.

This seems like a pointless rename. In general I'm not very happy of how we tend to rename artists from name_1 to name_(name_1).
