Change sv001 to sv-001

Since it's 30th Anniversary of Metal Slug series,I think it's good time to change.

create alias sv001_(metal_slug) -> sv-001_(metal_slug)

Is this what you mean? Since the tag wiki and other sources call it the SV-001 I assume that's the more correct name. I don't know what it being the 30th anniversary has to do with it.

It's more correct name.
