Basically whenever I commissioned Pomelomelon in the past (before around 2025 IIRC) the PayPal invoice would say "Vibratix" instead of Pomelomelon. Also both artists have VERY similar artstyles, enough that it is very likely they are the same. (Unless one is copying the other using AI but some of their works were before AI):
My best guess is that Vibratix started as their main account while Pomelomelon was just a NSFW account on the side (lots of artists do this, such as Adricarra also having a separately named account called MissCherryille for NSFW) until the Pomelomelon account ended up becoming mainstream.

This post by far_tarooo shows the development from Inkling characters to fully original. Also note the artist has the same Japanese name はるたろー just romanized differently.
Plus in the older works of far_tarooo they have the same style of watermark, with the date written in a square: compare post #5628564 and post #4035426

Anthony Nguyen goes by his actual name rather than his twitter user identifier 'riin428'. He's an animator for multiple Toei Company anime and his name is also always credited as 'Anthony Nguyen'.
Anthony Blazze is also him and now a duplicate artist entry for his old inactive Pixiv account. For proof it's him: the Instagram link leads to his current and still active account
