What happens to a post if someone were to post a drawing with a photo inset of a real life minor?

True crime artists sometimes insert photo insets of the perpetrator into their drawings, (examples: post #11009889, post #11042647) and that sometimes include when the prepetrator was or is a minor and photos of real life minors are prohibited on Danbooru that their assets get permanently deleted, (while finding true crime art on Lofter, I forgot and accidentally uploaded a asset where the artist inserted a photo of the perpetrators when they were minors so I had to mail a staff member to delete it) and there were some true crime drawings I liked and believed to be of passable quality but couldn't post them because they had a photo inset of the perpetrator when they were a minor, but this made me wonder, what happens to a post if someone were to actually upload and post an anime drawing that happens to have a photo inset of the perpetrator when they were or are a minor? Would the post get:

  • banned
  • permanently deleted
  • etc

I'm curious. I'd like to clarify that the examples I've posted included photos when the perpetrator was an adult as Vladislav was 18 and Robert was 19 years old when those photo insets were taken. I'm just asking what if.

This is one of the only times where a third-party edit is acceptable. If you remove the photo of a real life minor before uploading in a lossless way and note in the comments it's fine.

A somewhat infamous example I know of on Danbooru is post #9684926.

Edit to add that it probably shouldn't be the first thing you jump to. And if you did happen to upload something with a real life minor in it it would probably get expunged or edited like post #9684926 as soon as it was noticed and possible.

If you know the assets get permanently deleted, why would you ask about the posts?

If an Admin sees it, it will get permanently deleted. Only Admins can permanently delete assets, so if an Approver or Moderator sees it first, they will ban it to keep others from seeing it until an Admin removes it.

Does this count as uploading a photo of an IRL minor if the top left hamster just has cropped hair from a photo of Adam Lanza when he was 16 years old (minor) and would this warrant being edited out or no?
